Breakfast was good and the team was loyal. Lots of restaurants to eat close by, like Brooks that was only 5 minutes' walk away. We really enjoyed the room ambiance with it's cosy decor. Besides, the parking was nearby.
-
We truly enjoyed sitting on the balcony. Thank you, will be back.
-
Quiet location, easy walk to excellent restaurants. Rooms were cosy and immaculate
-
Characterful base for exploring Amsterdam. A heating system, an electronic key card and cable channels inside the family queen room were handy...
-
Comfort and rooms perfectly suited our needs. We greatly enjoyed the location, it is 25 minutes walk away from vondelpark. There is café Starbuck's, set 400 meters walk away. Oud Zuid neighbourhood is worth looking into.
All was good.
-
Delicious breakfast with daily fresh pastries; quiet yet central location; large room with large shower; very clean
-
I liked the fact that it was possible to have coffee and a cold drink, as well as cake, all day long. Besides, the breakfast was extraordinarily good. The location near the museums as well as on the connection line 24 was very good. You can get anywhere.
Nothing to complain about
-
Breakfast was fine. . The location was quite central, we reached everything on foot from there. Museums, city centre, canals. The hotel was okay so far. Staff speak only English, actually everyone speaks English everywhere. We were lucky that the porter spoke a little German. Because we don't speak English very well.
Nothing. So far, so good.
-
quiet location, nice staff at the reception, good bed, close to tram
no make-up mirror, no minibar, room door does not fit into the frame -> light and noise from the hallway enter the room unhindered, unfriendly staff at breakfast, from 9.30 no more food is added, although breakfast is served until 10 am
-
The room was directly on the ground floor by the exhaust pipes. Not such good air if you had the window open.
-
It was a wide choice of breakfast and the bed was very comfortable, slept like a princess, the location is a fine area where you have peace at night. The staff was very attentive and friendly
-

The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and beds were very comfortable. It was good to have free tea and coffee in the lounge area at any time of the day. The area was very quiet and clean. Trams were only a few minutes walk away. It was a very pleasant stay.
It would have been good to have a kettle in the room.
-
Everything was perfect except not very big breakfast/dinner room.
-
The location and also the decor, which was not stereotyped. Good to stay somewhere with a no smoking policy, where the rooms smelt clean and pleasant.
The tea. Lipton's tea seems ubiquitous on continental Europe, but it is of very poor quality and never found in the UK. Lipton's green tea is fine, though.
